Walk4Humanity

Campaign Design, Visual Identity, Art Direction

The TransLatin@ Coalition set out to create a fundraiser in response to the current administration's attack on Trans, Gender Expansive, and Intersex people. Walk4Humanity consisted of a 2-mile walk that leads into a block party filled with vendors, community organizers, and a stage with live performances on Sunset Blvd. I created the visual identity and assets (including the logo) which was used to promote the event through a digital and in-person campaign. I aimed to create a logo that played off the familiarity of the colors on the Trans flag, while incorporating movement and an inviting nature that would appeal to anyone. Walk4Humanity went on to raise nearly half a million dollars, create a movement in which community members and leaders advocated for the TGI community together, and was even featured in the Huffington Post.
